Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of AquaOptima Antioch Pool Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services We Provide

We offer professional pool cleaning and maintenance services to residential and commercial properties in Antioch, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter maintenance, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, and pool inspections.

We strive to provide high-quality service, but we cannot guarantee specific results due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, existing pool conditions, or equipment age.

Scheduling and Cancellations

When you book a service with us, we will work with you to schedule a convenient time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to change your scheduled appointment.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service contracts, payment is due on a monthly basis.

If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to suspend services until the account is brought current. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

Property Access

You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to your pool area. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and removing any obstacles that might prevent us from completing our work. If we cannot access your pool on a scheduled service day, you may be charged a trip fee.

Liability and Insurance

AquaOptima Antioch Pool Care carries general liability insurance to protect both our business and our clients. However, we are not responsible for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues not disclosed to us prior to service.

You are responsible for maintaining your pool equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition. We will notify you of any issues we discover, but we are not liable for equipment failures that occur outside of our service visits.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service we have provided, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns. We will work with you to make things right.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, any disputes will be handled according to the laws of the State of California.
